1. Right of return (30 days)
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be unused and in perfect condition
- Include original packaging, wrapping, and protections
- Not have been handled or altered
- Include all original accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order, invoice, or confirmation email)
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to request a return

3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos.
We will evaluate the case and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund) at no additional cost.
5. Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance products
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, you must:
- Request a return of the received product
- Place a new order
7. Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, without providing a reason.
The product must meet the same conditions listed above.

For orders outside the European Union, return conditions may vary depending on local regulations.

10. Responsibility after delivery
Once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or incidents thereafter.
